applicant to cut off a lot 75 ft. × 2~ ft'. for a Single Family Residence montainin~
1720 square feet.
WItEREAS,' The City Planning Commissiondid held a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-58-59-43 on the 1st day of December . 1958 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9~00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, -nd after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered a% said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The sukdect property is presently R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL and is
improved with a single family residence.
2. It is proposed to cut off a lot 75 ft. × 244 ft. and erect a single-family
residence containing 1720 square.feet.
3. This will leave the second lot now improved with a single.*family residence
105 ft. x 244
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-58-59-43 ~;e reclassified from R-A, RHSIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL to R-l, SINGLH
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL suoject;to:
1. Dedication to City of Anaheim of 45 feet from the cenzerline of Dale Avenue.
2. Prepare street improvement plans, etc.
3. Payment of $2~00 per front foot for Street lightin~ purposes.
4. Payment of $25.00~ for lot cut off, towards the acquistion of Park & Recreation sites.
5. 90-Day time limit for completion of a~ove requirements.
