A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCB NO. 1000.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of.Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
1542 West Lincoln Avenue.
Applicant: West Anaheim Medical Center, Inc.
9602 Orange Ave,
Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 7, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly-given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said. Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its'behalf and after due considerationof all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1~ The proposed sign is necess~y to better advertise the applicant,s business.
2. A variance for a sign at right angles to the building has been granted in the
immediate area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS V~JlIA/~E NO. 1000 FOR A CO~RCLa~LNI~ON ADVBRTISING STRUCTURE.
