WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning Commission of the City of ~n-heim has received
a Verified Petition from the propertF owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 1, of Tract No. 419 as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 16, Page 2, ~scellaneous Naps, records
of Orange County.
The applicants, 3chh H. X/nne¥ Jr. and Ida K. Kinney, 2006 Victoria
Drive, Santa Ara, California, request that the above property be
reclassified to 51-1, LIGW£ N4~NUFACTRqlING, from R-A, IL~SIDENTIAL
AGRICtmI//RAL.
WHERFAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-58-59-37 on the 15th day of December , 1958 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and %he provisions, of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE. Section 9200; and
WHERF~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration cf all evidence
and reports off,red at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This property has had an ~1 Variance for S years, obtained
from the County before annexation.
2. The use is presently non-conforming so tha~ any expansion or
building changes requires a variance.
3. To eliminate ~his condition~ the applicant requests that the
property be rezoned.
4. Across the street is N~l zoning and also at the junction of
South Los Angeles Street and the Freeway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION

NO. F- 58-59-37 be approved for ~-1, LIGIIrNtANUFACrURING, subject to:
The improvement of parking area with black top and providing the
n~mber of spaces as shown on the Plot Plan.
