WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the Oity of A.uaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property~situated
in tho City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 13 in BloCk B of Tract No; 549 as Recorded in Book 18, Page 23, of
MiScellaneous Maps of:Orange County, California and further des~ihed

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on 'December 15, 1958 NOTICES of which said
Publi~ Hearing were duly given.as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; a~.~l
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of ell evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The room proposed to he used for the proposed apartment is in existence
at the present time over the g~rage.
2. Other variances ha~e been granted in the area for similar uses;
3. The granting of, the variahce should not be detrimental to other
properties in the~area-.,. '~:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
