W~S, The City Plmnning Commission of ~ne City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner[s) of certain real property situated
in the City of An-helm, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
PARCEL 1: Starting at a point 33 feet distant from the 'center line of B. Vermont Ave.
and 30 feet distant x from the center line of ]~~- Placentia Ave., the True
point of beginning; thence westerly along the northerly right-of-way line of R. Verzont
Ave. a distance of 135 feet; thence northerly parallel to S. Placentia Ave. a distance
of 135 feet; thence easterly parallel to B. Vermont Ave. a distance of 135 feet; thence
southerly along the westerly right-of-way line of South Placentia Ave. a diszance of
X~ 135 feet to the true point of beginning, be reclassified from R-A, Ri~SID~NTIAL
AGRICULTURAL, to C,-3, HEAVY CON~ERCIAL; and PARCEL 2: Starting at a point 30 feet dis-

thence westerly along said right-o£-way line a distance of 70 feet; thence northerly at

WI~S, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at tho
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of HECLASSIFXOATION
NO. F- 58-59-44 on the 1,Sth day of December , 19 58, NOTICE of which said
lhlblic Hearing was duly given as required by law and tho provisions of tl~o
ANA/{EIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHYS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and r~ports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Parcel 1 was granted a Variance in May 1955- No. 452 for a Service Station.
2. T]~re appears to be no reason why the Service Station should not be given its
reclassification to the required zone.
3. Parcel 2, it whs brought out, would be used for car tuneups, brake adjustments
and relinning and wheel aligi~ments in addition to the sale of par~s. ~]is was
no~ specified on the application. The first three mentioned uses would fall into
the C-3, }t~AVY COMMI~CIAL Ca~egoryo
~. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNINO COMMIS.~ION

3. That a 90 day time limit be set for the meeting of the above conditions.
