A'RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VAJ{IANCB NO. 1001.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of'Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 231 of Tract No. 2377, in'the City of Anaheim, and further described as ~
819 SoUth Hucl~[ Avenue.
Applicant: J. R. Scholz, % Leonard Smith
125-D So. Claudina St.
Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS The Ci~y Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the city of Anaheim, on July 7, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and'
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at'said Hearing., does find and determine the following facts:
1. Other variances h~ve been granted for the dispensing of 0n-sale liquor in
other restaurants.
2. Other variances have been granted for signs a~ right'angles to the bSlldings and
near the highwaY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS. VARIA~NC~ NO. 1001 FOR A COCKTAIL BAR and two signs.
THE FOREGOING P~ESOLUTION is signed and approved'by me this 7th day of
