WHEREAS, Th8 City Planning' Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property.situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows'.
The Northerly 146~00 feet of the Southerly 476.00 feet .of the W½ of the.'55~ of the
SH~ Of the"SW~ of section 2, T4S, RiOW, S.B.B. & M., Hxcepting therefrom the Westerly'"
160.00 feet. Also excepting therefrom the Rasterly 25.00 feet, and further described

made by itself and in.its behalf and after, due consideration of all evidence and
reports Offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
