WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspec{ion,..investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered a~ said Hearing, does find and de%ermine the following facts:'
~1,.~ xhe applicant now operates a Rest Home with 4 patients on the Subject property.
2. Allowing si× patients shouidnot have.a detrimental effect on other properties
in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. THAT THEANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
