Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHE~S, Said Commission, alien due inspection, investigation and s~udies

and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine %he following facts:
