A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE 0ITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING AMBND~D VARIANCE NO. 989.
WHEREAS, The City Plannfng Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner[s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
&ll that certain real property situated in the County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows$ The North 100 feet of the South 396 feet of the West 330 feet
of the SW~ of the SW~ of the NW~ of Section 13, T4S, RllW, S.B.B. & M. Excepting
therefrom the West 92~eet thereof, and further described as 9432 stanton Avenue.
Applicant: Millie Remland, same address.
WHEREAS, The City PIanning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of ~,.aheim, on July 21; 1958, NOTICES~of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by.law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports Offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The subject pro~erty is adjacent to an existing highway commercial use.
2. The proposed Use should have no detrimental effect on property in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED .HAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS AMENDED VARIANCE NO. 989 POR A TRAILRR $~T.RS AND RRNTAL LOT., subject
1. The dedication of necessary right,of-way on Stanton Avenue to satisfy the
State Highway Department's req,irements.
2. The preparation of improvement plans and installation of all improvements
as required by the City:Engineer.
3. Complete paving of the lot with blacktopping or other Suitable surfac/~g.
4. A building or trailer setback conforming with other commercial uses in the area.
(The gas station immediately south of the subject property !is setback approximately*
