WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition· from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in. the City of Anaheim, County. of 0range~ State of California, described, as follows

of. Section 21, T4S, R10W, S..B.B.'& M.; excepting therefrom~ue North 100 feet. 'klso
excepting therefrom that portion included within the proposed "'ract No. 3303..,'. in

WHEREAS, The 0ity Planning Commissi'on did hold's Public Hearing a% %he
City Hall in the City of Anaheim~ on July 21, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public 'Hearing were duly given as required by law. and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
.WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspecti0n, investigation and studies
made 'bY itself and in its behalf.and .after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered a~ said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The proposed use should have no detrimental effect on property in the area
