DENYING VARIANCE NO; 1010.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of'the .City .of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real proporty situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, S~ate of California, described as follows:
Tentative Tract No'. 1987.~ being a portion of the SS of the SW~ of Section 12,'
T4S~ R10W, and further described'as lying on the north side of South Street,
bergen Placentia ~venue and Peregrine Streat.
Applicant: Harold L. Shaw, P.O. Box 1357, Beverly]-lilis~ California.
WHEREAS, The 0ity Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 21, 1958, NOTICES of~ which said
Public Hearing were duly~given as required by law and the Provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and.
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The proposed waiving of code requirements would be inconsistent with developments
in the general area and would tend to depreciate property values.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION
