WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim'has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of'a certain parcel of real property, situated
in the City of~ Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The Northwest corner Of Santa Aha Street and Placent'ia Avenue, and further described
as 425 South Placentia Avenue.
Applicant: James Lukena, 425 South Placentia Ave., Anaheim, California.
'i WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a.Public Hearing at
· City Hall in the 0ity of'Anaheim', on July 21, 1958, NOTICES of which said

MUNICIP~.5 CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigationand studies.
made by itself and in'its behalf and'after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing,. does find and determinelthe following facts:
1. The Rroposed sign'is necessary·for the advertising of'the applicant,s business.
2.Other variances have been granted for free standing signs located next to the
highway and at right angles to the building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT 'THE ANAHEIM 0ITY PLANNING' COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCH NO. 1011 FOR A SIGN.
