REFERRING RECLASSIFICATION NO~ F-58-59-5 TO TH~ CITY COUNCIL WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property ~wner(s) ,f certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County ®f Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
The South 5 acres of the East 15 acres of the W~ of the S~. of the NE~, Divided
into Assessor's parcels 33 tO 37, Section 17, T4S: R10W~ as found in Assessor's
book 81-050; Tract No. 775, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as recorded in Ntiscellaneous
Maps, book 23-1; and further described as 1767, 1759~ 1789 and 1799 West Orange
Avenue. Applicant: Forest Wolverton et al., 1767 W. Orange, 'Jknaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a ~ublic Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said .VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
N0. F-58-59-5 on the 18th day of August, 1958~ NOTICE ®f which :alu Public
Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hea.-.ings~ does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applicants d~sire to up-grade their properties and other property in z;,e
area from R-A, Residential Agricultural, to R-l, Single Family Residential.
2. The properties to the Mast and South are presently developed as Single
Pamily Residen~ia!, and it is expected that the property to tho ~'%i~ -~h ~'~11
also be so develooed.
3. T~is is a logical' zoning for the proDarty in this area.
