WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in ~.he City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
10971 Varna Street.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 7, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of tbs ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section @200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. These are the first directional signs requested for Tracts, Nos. 3325 & 2031.
2. Other variances have been granted for tract signs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
