WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anahetu has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
'in the City of Anaheim, County'of Orange, State ofCalifornia, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission~did hold a Public Hearing at the
· i City Hall in the'City of Anaheim, on August 18, 1958 NOTICES'of which said
.~ Public.Hearing were duly given as required bM law and th~. provisions Of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
i WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made bYitse!f and in .its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find.and determine the following facts-

~ 2, This 'subdivider has leased:the, old ~ouse for:a tract office and painted same with
~ lavendar and' Whi~e Stripes and also requgs~s permission to.erect a double-faced sign
15 fee~ x 20 feet advertising Tract No. 1886.
3. ~The use of ~he 'house and 'sign. would be'temporary and used 0nly ~ntil the tract'sold out.
