A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCB NO. 1024.
WHEREAS, The City Planning' CommiSsion of the City of Anaheim ha.s received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The~½ of the S~ and the ~½ of the ~W'~ of Section 22, T4S, R10W, S.B.B. & M. and
further described as 1313 Harbor Boulevard. '

' WHEREAS, The City Planning' CommiSsion did hold a P~blic Hearing at the
City Hall in the City Of ~Anaheim, on 'September 8,. 1958,NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly. given as required by law and the provisions Of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself~and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does.find and determine-the following facts:
1. This sig,~ will be at .the main entrance to Disneyland.
2~ There was a difference of opinion'among the Commission onnaCcount of the size
;of' the sign~ which will be' 57~ 6" long with a height of 41: 8" and a ground
line clearan6e of lli. 3"..
.3.However, as tile largest owner of property in:the area, "it-Was felt that they should
have' a: sign that would· be outstanding as all other businesses in the area are
