WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in %he City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of ItECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-S8_59_8 on %he 8th day of September , 19 58, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearin~ was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
~a~ b~' itself and in -~%s behalf, and after due consideration of ali evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine %he following facts:
I. The subject property w6. s recently all reclassified To C-I, Neighborhood Commercial.
2. The owner now findsl that a depth of 264 feet is not feasible for commercial
due somewhat to the fact that the frontage on Lincoln Avenue is only 142 feet
and the property at the rear is 242 feet wide.
$. T~xis would make the commercial area along L{ncoln Avenue 142 feet long w~th a
depth of 124 feet and place Multiple Pamily Residentia/ on the rear portion
consisting of a depth of 140 feet by 242 feet with an access and egress of 30
feet along the east side of the property.
