GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 1029
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the Ciil;y'of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition 'frOm'the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, Ceuntyof~ 0range,.State of California, described as follows:
Lot 3, Block B, Tract No. 530 in the"City of Anaheim, as Der map recorded in Book

WHEREAS. Tho City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing. at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on September 22 1958 NOTICES of which said
PublicHearing were duly.given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL C0DE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS,:Said.Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and afterdue consideration of all evidence and
reports offered, at said Hearing, docs find and determine the following facts: ' '
1. The Subject ~oi is 50 feet x 150 feet with an alley at the rea~.
2. The proper'cy is presently, classified as R-2, TWO FAMILY RHSID~NTIAL.
3. There is.Presently e dwelling on the rear Of the lot having 830'square
feet.of liveable area,
4. It is proposed to erect a dwelling on the fron~ of.the lot having 950'square
feet of liveable area. '
5./ The erection of a new dwelling on the front'should improve the arrearance of the area.
. NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
