~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY.PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF-ABAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 1030
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission ortho City of Anaheim has reoaived
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, C0unt~ of'Orange, Stat~ of'California, described as follows:
Lots 15, 16, and 1.7 in Btock "A" of "Laird Subdivision", as shown on a Map.recorded
in Book 6, Page.12 of.Miscellaneous. Maps, records, of §aid Orange County, California,
and further described as.~24 South Olive Street.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a l~bli~ Hearing at the
.City:Hall in the City of Anaheim, on September 22,'1958 NOTICES of which said

3. The lot is 74 feet x 140 feet with an alley~at the rear.
