GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 1034
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has ~eceived
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property zituated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0range, State' of Caiifornie, described as follows:
The Southeasi corner of'Herb'or Boulevard and Oran§ewood, end furhher described as
11568 Harbor Boulevard.
Orangewood Homes, 620 Vance Street, Santa Ar: , California, Applicant,
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on .October 6, 1958, NOTICES'of which'said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said commission, a~ter due inspection, investigation and studies
made 'by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine thelfollowing facts:'
1. This is the first sign requested for the sale:of homes and lots in;Tract
No. 1965, located :attheSouthweszcorner'of HasterS~reet and Orangewood
Avenue. There are 70 lots/in the tract.
2. Other variances have been granted for similar'temporary signs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Tk THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING .COM.~IsSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO2 1034, subject.to:
