WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has recsivsd
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a ~ertain parcel of real property situated
in the Ctty~of Anaheim, County mol Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot I in B]ock~A of Tract No, 217, Map of Nut Grove Trac%' in the City of Anaheim,
County of' Orange~ State Of Californ~a~ as per map recorded in Book 13, Page 2,
Miscellaneous Maps in the cffice Of the'EeC'O~der of said County, and further de-
scribed as 500I South Citron Street;

WHEREAS,1 The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
city Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Ootobe~ 6~ 1958~ NOTICES of 'which said 1
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Co]~tssion, after due tnspectio~u, investigation and studies
made b~ itself' and in its behalf and after due consideration o~ all .evidence and
repoPts offered at said Hearing,.do~s find and determined, the following factS:
1. This non-conforming use, a.sm'alt grocery store, has been located at the 'Southl
east corner of .South. Citron S~reet and santa Ann Stmeet fro many.years.
2. The appliccnt ~oposes tO improve the front of the building with a 9'foot by
20 foot addition.
3, Ihs' granting of.. the variance should n~t b~ detrimental to o~her properties
the area.
Now, THEREFORE, 'BE .IT ~SOLVED'~THAT THE ANAHEIM' CITY'PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY G~NTS..VARIAN~ NO. 1035, subject to,
1. Repair .sidewalks on citron and Santa Ann 'Streets as .required by the ~blic
Works 'Diz;ector ~
2, '-Consent %0 the removal .of trees on ScutS'Citron .Street.
3. l'nstall do.or.on $adta ~a S~reet so that trucks may ~nload' on this s~ree%
rather than on Citron'Street.
