A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ORA~IN~ YARIANCB NO. 996.
WHEREAS, Tho City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
1935 kuaheim-Olive Road.
Applicant: Salvatore R. Spino
865 Redondo Drive ~.
Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Publi~ Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 7, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Publin Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 920C; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at sa.d Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Due to the setbuck of the building, it would appear that a sign near the high-
way is necessary to call attention to the services offered by this store.
2. Other signs at right angles to the building and near the highway have been granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE If RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NO. 996 ~OR A CO~I~RCIA£ NEON SIGN.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 7th day of
July, 1958.
