WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real proper%y situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The East lO0 feet o£ the West 294 feet of the South 159 £eet of the Southwest quarter of She Southwest quarter of Section lB, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, es per Record of Survey map filed in Book 25, Page 27 of Re,rd of Surveys o~ said County. EXCEPTING THEREFROM an undivided one-third interest in a well and pumping plant located on said land as deeded to Anaa C. Shockley, hy deed recorded May 7, 1952 in Book 2326, Page 285 o£ Official Records. ALSO EXCEPTING THERHPROM sn undivided one-third interest in end to a well end pumping plant located on said land as deeded to Glenden R. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the.Dity of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- $ 5B-59-~4the 20th day of October , 193B , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section ~200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The subject property lies between C-3, ~ Service Station on the West a~d C-I, Neighborhood Commercial on the East. 2. The property is no longer ~esireahle for residential use. 3. There is a large shopping center directly across the street.
