MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said comm2~sion, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered-at Said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

2. These lots Nos. 16, 17 and 18 of Tract No. 1843 are at the rear of businesses
facing on Pfacentia Ave. '

'Cenpla Way so that there should be no'invasion af privacy to the sin§lc

5. It would appear to-be a good use of~the property in as much as
the are8 with the large Shopping Center at Anaheim-Olive Road would
seem to limit the erection of other retail stores ih.the area.
