APPROVES Review No. 2~ for a Special Use Permit subject to:
1. ~1 buildiats facing Orange Avenue to have the same set hack
as that of the presbyterian Church from the property line.
2. The deeding of 32 feet from the center line of Orange Avenue
for street widening.
3. The establishment by the City ~ngineerin~ Department of adequate
i~gress and egress to both church p~operties.
Dedic~ion of a half street for the &xtension of relate Street
to Orange Avenue.
5. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements
in accordance with standard plans on file in the office of the
City ~ngineer.
