duly given ms required by law and ~he provisions of ~he ~IM ~NICIPAL~ COD~, Section
9200; and
~IE~AS~ Said Co~ission, after due inspection, investigation and s~udies made by
self and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered
said Hear~g, does find and de~ermine the following facts:
