1. The applicant ortgnally applied for a reclassificatien of the property %. C-l, NEIG~ORHOOD
GO~ERGI~ bu~ at the hearing the property owners in ~he arm signified %hat they would not
like to see this pr.oper%y reclassified but would rather have the applicant apply for a
varianoo for a speoifi~ use.
2. The applicant then filed fox a vm~iance te permit the use gf the garage with a small
addi~ion~ fo~ a Radio and Television repair business.
3. A% %his he~ing %he p~operty owners appeared and p~o%es~ed ~he granting of a variance.
4. The use excePt for ~he sign would nearly qualify as a home occupation.
5. The property does have ~ome unusual conditions in that it backs up to a ~ailroad and
sides on a ma~o~ Thoroughfare and ~he entrance to %his use would be fmom Ball Rd. and
no~ f~om ~he frontage on ~he ~esiden~ialI s~ree%.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~ T~T T~ ~A~I~ CITY PLANNING CO~ISSION
