A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anatieim has received
a Verified Petition from the 0Whet(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California. described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on January 19~ 1959NOTICES .of which said
Public;Hearing were duly given as requi~ed bylaw and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
: WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
'made 'by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all ,~vidence and
,reports Offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1; The :applicant is a carpenter,
2. Evid~nce was suh~'i%ted from his physician that the applicant is not able
- .to .perform his usual trade and that it would be helpfUl, if he were
permitte~d to have a temporary light'shop on his premises.
3. Only, :,such tools as are usually: found in many garages would he usedfor
.Cabin'e% Work and furniture repair.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1072, for a period of six months subject to,
1. Limiting operation between the hours of 7~00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
2. Limiting any sign t~ be placed on .garage to 2 ~t. x 4 ft.
