a, Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
!~i MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
'I WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies

1.".Th ts is a Si~gle-Family Residence in an R-1 Zone.
2. ~The use requested is nearly in the~me occupation category, however, the granting of
the vutance places it in a busineaa use and grants a use not enjoyed by others in
the area.
3.However, signatures ,in favor of the granting o£ the variance were rec'd, from all
residents within 300' radius of' the sub~o~+ ...... +~ · .........
HEREBYgrants Ya~iance No. 1079, subject to:
I............. 1. The erection of a lawn sign not over 1~' x $~.
2. The dedication, of 60 feet from the center line of KaSella Avenue to the City of Anaheim.
3. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes.
I 4. Sidewalks to be .installed Where required by the City 0f Anaheim.
