WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hea~ing at the
City Hall.in~the City of Anaheim, onpebruaxy 16, 195~ NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing.were duly given as required by law and the provisions of .the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAff~ CODE, Section @200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. O~'iginall¥ a Variance was granted £or a ~ign to be placed on t&p.of.the.building
of a large= size than the p=oposed .£=ee standing sign.
2. There has been a change in Lessee of. this pharmacy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COM~ISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARI~CB NO. 10SS, subject to':
1. That said sign-be shut off at 9:00 O"Clock P.M. each evening.
2. That it be a non-flashing .type of 'sign.
3. That there be no overhang o2 the sign over the sidewalk.
