Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Februar~ 16, i959 NOTICES of which said
~blic Hearing were dulM, given as required by law and~ the provisions of the ~AHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Soction ~200' and
WHE~AS, Said ~omission, after due inspection, investigation ~d studies
made b~ itself and in its behalf and after, due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. ~ts is'a peculiar shoped lot having a frontage of 240 feet ~ a ~pth of
103 feet Whi~ ts presently classified as R~3, MULT~F~LY ~S~.
2. ~e grating 0f this waiver 0f :rear yard from 20 feet to 15 feet will allow~for
a better u~ of the lot with sltghtl~ la~ger apa~t~ent~ and adequato
3. ~e grating of the V~iance should not be ~'tr~ent~ to other properties in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM 0ITY PL~NINO 00~I~ION
HEREBY
