WHEREAS, Tho Oity Planing Oo~ission of the' Oity of ~aheim has received
a Vorifiod Petition from the O~ner(~) of a certain parcel of real. proper~ situated
in the Oit~ of An~eim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
Cit~, Hall in the City of Anaheim, on April 6, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL OODE, Section 9~00 ~ _-nd
WHEREAS, Said Oommisston, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and detex, mine the following facts
1. The present location of Catalpa Street wi~h developments easterly and westerly
from the subject prepert¥ have lets with less' ~hat 7200 scl.
2. These lots will have 7000 sq. ft. ( 10 - 18 inclusive) the balance of the lots
1 - 9 inclusive will have 7200 sq. ft.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COY, MISSION
HEEEBY Grants Variance No. 1101 for a waiver e£ the 7200 sq. ft. requirement on lots
