WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The North 300 ft. ef Let A in Tract No. 25 measured from the center line of the street 40 ft. in width adj®in§ said lot on the north. Except the west 200 ft. of the North 200 ft. thereof, measured fr~m the centerline's e£ the streets adjoing said let en the North and the West. Als® except the east 50 ft. thereef. The owners, JAM~S A. AND GRACE C. LIBERO and JOSEPH C. and MARY E. LIBERIO, 616 West Commonwealth Ave., Fullerten, California, and James A. Liberie, as Authorized A§ent request that the above preperty he reclassified from C-i, NIEGHBORHOOD COM~RCIAL to R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDEntIAL with the West 147.02 ft. t~ remain as C-1. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-$9-75 on the 6th day of April , 19 59 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The property is all presently classified as C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL. 2. There is a Service Station on the corner of Magnolia and Broadway presently. 3. An alley is proposed slen9 the South side of the property. 4. A 55 ft. strip on the east is presently held by the owner to the south. 5. The proposed use is lighter than that presently on the land. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 58-59-75 be approved f®r reclassificatien from C-l, N~IC.~BORHOOD COMMERCIAL R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY R~SIDHNTIAL subject to: --1-- 1. The filing ~f R-3, Died Restrictions as Standard with fhe City of Anaheim. 2. The dedication of 45 ft. on Broadway from the oenzer line te the City of Anaheim, The dedication of 53 ft. on Magnolia Ave. from the center line ~ te the City of Anaheim. 4. Prepare stre~ improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with approved Standard plans en Magnolia Ave. and Broadway. 5. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes ~n Magnolia and Broadway. 6. 90 day time limit f®r the accomplishment of above requirements.
