RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLA1TRING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0FANAHEIM

WHERFAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 6 ~£ Bleak B ®f Tract Ne. 13 and Let 3 ®£ Block B ®f Tract Ne. 13 and further
described as lying between Breadway and Ora:l~e Avenue appr®ximately 330 ft. east
of Brookhurst Street.
The applicants, H~NRY DAVIDSON and SIDNEY McMURDO, 5124 Onacrest Drive,
Los Angeles, Calif®rnia, request that the subject pr®perties he reclassified
frem R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL te R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY P~SIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, The City P1snning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 58-59-79 on the 20thday of April , 1959 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEI~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does fin{ and determine the following facts:
1. The subject properties can better he used for single family residential use.
2. Protests were received from the single family residential properties to the east.
In May 1958, the City Council denied the use of Lot 6, Block B of Tract Ne. 1~
for R-S, Multiple ~amil¥ ~esidential.
~. The property ~esterl¥ of Lot 6 is classified as C-i, hut Lot 6 can he suitably
fuffered hy ~alls, if used as R-1 property.
5. The property westerly of Lot S is presently R-A, Residential-^gricultural.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNINO COMMISSION
~ denies Reclassification No. F-58-59-79.
