1. The subject property was fOrmerly occupied by a Mazket~
2. It is proposed to remove the plate glass windows'from three bays aud replace them
With garage type doors or gates.
Hydraulic lifts will be installed in two of these bays and in the~third, if
business warrants.
4. Building will be renovated on the interior.

6. Originally there was a Service Station where the present Do-Nut Shop is now located.

1. Remove and replace exisiing driveways and sidewalks on Los Angeles Street and
Adele Street as required by the City Engineer.
2.That the noise level be controlled so that it is no greater than the present
garage to the South.
3. the sign to be as shown on rendering presented - to be parallel to building and not
illmunated.
