F- 58-59-90 on the 4th day of May , 19 59, NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and %he provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section- 99.00; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. It is proposed to place on .the subject property a restaurant and a store for package liquor, both of.which are C-1 uses, 2. There is a motel just Basterly of the subject property and other "C" uses in the area. 3, The lot in question is 90 feet in width with a depth of 300 feet. 4, All the original lots in tt~s area are over 1300 feet in depth and if the frontages are al/ sold off, the rear of these lots could be land locked. 5. The Commission believes that a layout of the area should be made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THATRECLASSIFICATION NO.
