WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a cePtain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0range, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 67 of Tract No~ 2529, in the County of Orange, State of Culifornia, as per map
recorded in Book 71, Pages 17, 18 and 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, J.n the Office of the
County Recorder of said County.
The Applicant MRS* H~r-~N A. CORRIVBAU, 911 South Velare 'Street, Anaheim, California.
~.,-'.-../d WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
"~' ~ "?..h' City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on May 18, 1959 NOTICES Of Which said
~ .Public Hearing'were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
~UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, 'Said .Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made' b~ itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered'at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1, A similar Variance was granted for a limited period of time for a Cabinet Shop at the
corner of Ball Road, where there was a case of illness in the family.
2. The neighbors in the area were in favor of granting the variance
· , HEREBY GRANTs VA~IANCB NO. 1110, for a period of one year, subject to review at the end
~: of ~the year and that there be no s~gn displayed on tile premises.
