A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-58-59-91 be Approved.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from tho property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
420 ft. more or less, facing E. South St. and abutting Barnett property, a
portion of the Southerly 176.75 f~. measured to the centerline of H. South St.
of Lot 13, of Anaheim ExtenSion as shown on Map made by Wm. Hamel in 1868 in the
Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, Calif. Excepting therefrom
the ~esterly 396 ft. Also, excepting therefrom the Easterly 203.18 ft.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICAT~0N
NO. F-58-59-91 on the 18thday of May , 19 59, NOTICE of which sai~
Public Hoaring was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
This is a parcel that was not included in thel~eViOUS zoning of this area from
R-O to R-1 and is shown on the /%n~ative Map of Tract No. 3392.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-58-59-91 be approved for reclassification from R-O, RESIDENTIAL SUBURBAN,
to R-i, SINGLR FAMILY R£SIDHNTIAL subject to:

1. The dedication of 32 ft. from the centerlino of H. South St. to 'the C~ty of Anaheim.
2, Payment to the City of Anaheim of existing pavement,
3, Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with
standard plans on file in the Office of the City Engineer,
4. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes.
5. Filing of a subdivision map.
6. 180 day time limit to be set for the accomplishment of above conditions.
7. All lots on E. South Street to contain 8000 sq. ft.
8. All dwellings on ~. South St. to have 1500 sq. ft. of liveable area.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 18th day of May, 1959.
