WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in thc City of Anaheim, County of Orange. State of California, described as follows: The North 400 ft. of tho Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 17, T48, RiOW, S.B.B. & M., City of Anaheim, CoUnty of Orange, State of California as recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous ~ap in the Office of the County Recorder. Also as shown on Tentative Map of Tract No. 3413. The applicant, R. E, OSTROOT, 1885 W. Bal~ Rd., Anaheim, Cal~ornia~ as Owner, McDaniel Engineering Co., 222 E. Center Si., Anaheim, Caltf., as Authorized Agent request that the subject property be reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL, 'to R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 58-59-92 on the 18th day of May , 1959 , '~JTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required bylaw and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The subject property lies Just Westerly from an R-3, two story Multiple family tract. 2. It ~dJoins on the North a Tract No. 3149 to he built with single family residences to sell for approximately $18,000.00. The builder of this tract hy letter stated that he had no objection to Multiple Family Dwellings, two stories in height ne×m to his trac~. 3. The property is hounded on the West hy s single family tract presently built where owners objected by petition to the ~ranting of the reclassification. 4. The developer of this tract Mm. Dale Sheinost stated that the lots would be sold to individual buyers with architectural conmrol on type of buildings to be erected. 5. No lots will front':on Nutwood St. 6. There will he no invasion of privacy of rear yards with regard to any homes facing on Nutwood St. 7. Garages will be on alleys surrounding the property so that there will he two ingress and egress opentngsto Nutwood St. and two to Ball Rose. 8. The vote of the Commissioners present numbering eight was evenly divided as to whether this reclassification should ~e granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY~TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM 2~2 RECLASSIFICATION NO.
