~[EREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situc~od
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot~ Tract No 483, County of Orange, State of California, recorded in Book 17,
Page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps records of Orange County.
The Applicant, DAISY OI~STRAD, 1731 West La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, Californi'a.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall:in theCity of. Anaheim, on June 2, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law 'and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPA~ CODE, Section 92C~; and
WHEREAS, Said C,)n~ission~ after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find.and determine'the following facts:

have been granted variances for commercial uses.
