GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 1117
{'"~ ~ WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the 0ity of Anaheim has received
(:, a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
~' in the' City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 14, Tract 3248 and further described as the West side. of Buclid Avenue, between
Prances Drive and Catherine Drive.
The Applicant, EUCLID PROP]L~ ~NAG]~NT, IND., 206 La Plaza, Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, Tho City Plan~ling Commission did hold a Public Hearing at tho
City Hall in the'City of Anaheim, on June 2~ 1959 NOTICES of which saAd
Public Hearing were duly given as required b~ law and tho provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
ma~e by itself and in its behalf and after duo consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
-- 1. Ihe property is presently classified as C-1,.Neighborhood Commercial.
.: 2. It is propoSe~ to lease one of the s~ores for a Pet Shop, a C-2 use.
i~ 3. The granting of the .Variance should rio be detrimehtal to other properties in the area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE_IT RESOLVED THAT THE'ANAHEIM CITYPLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRITS VARIANCR NO. 1117, subject to:
........... The dedication of 53 feet to the City of Anaheim for the future widening of North
'~ Ruclid Avenue.
