PC 1958-1959-241 P'~.:OLUTION NO. 241 - SERIES A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-100 be APProved. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lot 5 of Tract No. 2637 , City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and further described as 136 Winston Road, Anaheim, California. The applicant, ASA B. CARMICHAEL, SR., 1329 Grand Avenue, Elsinore, California, as Owner, Pratt Enterprises, Inc. 7000 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, Callfornis, as AUthorized Agent, request that the subject property be re¢:lassified from R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F~55-59-100 on the 2nd day of June , 1959 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. These lots Hast of Iris Street were proposed for C-i, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL, some time ago but the reclassification was never completed. The applicant proposes to erect a Medical Building on the subject property. 3. A variance was granted for a Service Station on the corner of Los Angeles Street on one of these lots. 4. Action should be taken hy the Planning Commission to rezone the balance of these lots to C-1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 58&59-LO0 be approved for reclassification from R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL, subject to: 1. The ez,ection of the building essentially In accordance with rendering presented. 2. That improved off-street parking be provided as shown on Plot Plan.
