~ WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of'the City of Anaheim has received
~,, a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
~i;: in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 1 of Tract NO.1721, as per map recorded in Book 50 Pages 37 38 and 39 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County except 25% of the proceeds of all
oil, gas, and other hyrocarbon substances as previously reserved of record.
