WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 2, 1959 NOTICES of which said Public Hearing. were duly given as required bY law and the provisions of the ANAHEIN MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said .Cm~.,.ssion, after due. inspection, ir '~stigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after'due consideration'of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing,' does find and determine the following facts: Ii The subject property is a vacant lot 102 feet in frontage on Ruclid Avenue with a depth of 203'feet after the dedication of 53 feet from ~he center line of Muclid Avenue. 2. It is proposed to develop same with professional o[fices, retail stores and a Cocktail bar with the building to be'two stories in height. · ! 3. In view of the Councils policy, it was believed that a two story building next to the residential lots would not be desireable. 4. The property is presently classified as C-l, N~I~{BORHOOD CON~i~LRC/3LL. 5. A petition of protest' signed by 73 property owners was filed with the Commission agains~ the permitting of a Cocktail Bar near their residential properties.
