P-58-59-101 BB APPROVBD~ ,. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: ~he South half of the west half of ~he west half of the northeast quarter of the southwest' quarter of Section ~8, 'township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California. except the South 554 [eet and further described as being on the east side of South Loara street approximately 660 feet south of Orangewood Avenue. The Applicant, ROBERTA W~BBR~., 8111 ~ast Central Avenue, Garden Grove, California requests that thc subject property be reclassified from R-A, RBSIDBNTIAL AGRICULTURAL to R-3, MULTIPLM PAMILY R~SIDMNTIAL. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F,- 58-59-101on the 3th day of June , 1959 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE. Section 9200~ and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. It was presumed that this parcel of property was included under Reclassification No. ~-58-59-59, but it was found that it was omitted, thence the issuance of another reclassification. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PIANNXN~ COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- $8-5~101 be approved for ~eclassification of the subject property from R-A, RRSIDtfl~TIALAGRICUL~IRAL to R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RI~SIDRNTIAL, subject to: T 1. ~le erection of any buil~ ~s essentially in conformity w. plans presented. 2. ~]e filing of standard R-3 Deed Restrictions of the City of Anaheim, approved by the City Attorney - One condition of these restrictions to be that any dwelling erected be limited to one story in height. 3. Dl~didation to the City of Anaheim, 32 feet from the center line of South Lears Street. 4. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with standard approved plans on file in the office of the City Bngineer. 5. ~e payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes. 6.
