WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning Commission of the City of Anaheim has ;.eceived
s Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real prr, p~rty situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,' described as follows:
Imt 25, Trmct 2377 as per map recorded in Book ?$, Pages 29 to 35 inclusive of
Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the recorder o£ Orange County.
The Applicant, TOM K]~Y, 811 South Buclid Avenue, Ponaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing.at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 15, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required .by law and the provisions of the ANPJLEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200 ~ and
.' · WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection~ investigation and studies
~'~::' made by itself and in its behalf and 'after due consideration of all evidence and
~i reports offered at said Hearing~ does find and determine the following facts:
1. similar signs have been permitted in this same area.
2. The sign wmI1 not be lighted after 10 P.M.
3.. The sign will be attractive with a planter box at the base.
NOW, THEHEFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ABAHEIM CITY pLANNIN~ C0~ISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VPjIIAMCB NO. 1125, subject to:
