PC 1958-1959-255 ~ ',UTION NO. 255 - SERIES 1958-5° A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMNENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-103 be Approved. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: LEGAL ATTACHED. The applicants, GHORGE AND DOROTHY BENNETT, 919 N. Shaffer Street, Orange, California, as Owners request that the subject property he reclassified from R-A, R~SIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL to R-3 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTI~%. WHERF~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-103 on the 15thday of June , 19 59, NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following fao%s: 1. This property lies directly south of the Flood Control Channel on Stinson St. 2. The Orange County Flood Control District believes that the property would he subject to flood hazard and should not he reclassified un±il +~o flood '~ 3. The Engineering Comndttee recommended that an east-west street be placed on this property, which eventually would go out to ~agnolia Avenue. ~. The buildings are proposed for two story. NOW, THF/{EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION N6. F- 58-59-103 be approved for R-3 MULTIPLE FAMILY' RESIDENTIAL subject to: 1. That any buildings erected next to the single family tract to the south be limited to one storK and that this condition be one of the conditions of R-S Deed Restrictions to be placed on the property as approved by the City Attorney. 2. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with approved standard plans on file in the Office of the City £ngineer. 3. Dedicate to the City of Anaheim 27 ft. from the centerline of Sttnson St. 4. Obtain approval of Orange County Flood Control District before any construction is started. 5.
