PC 1958-1959-258 '-~0LUTION NO. 258 - S~ltIES 1957-~'- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAREIM RECO~KENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. P-58-59-107 B~APPROV~D. WHERF~S, The City Pl-nning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lot 2, e×cept the north 436 feet thereof, of Block A, Tract No. 13 in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California. The Applicant, ]tstate of Bertha A1vina Groover (deceased), 7711 Blue Gum, Anaheim, California, as owner, John M. Kent, 118 South Los Angeles Street,Anaheim, California, as Authorized Agent request that the subject property be reclassified from R-A, R~SIDRNTIALAGRICULTURAL to _p-l, PARKING. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- $8-59-107on the 15th day of June , 19 59, NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHF_REAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. This was the original recommended zoning of this when first considered some time ago. 2. This will givc the single family residents in the area more privacy and less traffic ~nan permx~tlng a street to go thru this property. 3. The~ection of a masonry wall, trees and landscaping will.Provide a buffer between the C-I on the north and the R-1 on the south. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-107 be approved for reclassification of this property from R-A, R~SIDENTIALAGRICULTURAL to F-i, PARKING, subject to: -1- 1. That Deed Restrictions be filed restricting the use o£ the property to Parking only, 2. That a 6 foot masonry wall be erected abn§ the south property line and that a l~ndscaped area be provided north of said wall and that trees be planted. The landscaping and type of~rees to be specified by the Anaheim City l~ark Department, 3. Any lights in the parking area to be of hushroom type so that said lighting be held below a 6 foot level.
