A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOmmENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. ~-58-59-]09 WHEBEAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The Hast 132 ft. of the West 250.38 ft. of the N½ of the NH~ of the N~ of the NE~. of Section 23, T4S, Rll W, S.B.B. & M - in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California. The applicant M. OGATA M. D., 10561 Stanton Avenue, Stanton, California, as Owner, John J. Zitny, 6691 Grand Avenue, Buena Park, California, as Authorized Agent request that the subject property be reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICUL/URAL to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD CON~HRCIAL, with permission to have one single family dwelling at the rear of the property as the doctor's residence. WHERF~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VF~IFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-109 on the 15thday of June , 19 59, NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHE/~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The subject property is on Ball Road, a Primary Street. 2. There could he a need for such services in this area. 3. it is near Stanton Ave. which is a State Highway. 4. In 1956-57 the property to the east requested 0-3 zoning but up to the point of filing Deed Restrictions no further action has been taken. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 58-59-109 he approved for C-i, N~IGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL subJe"ct to: 1. Erection of the medicai'building as per .Plans presen%eo.? 2. That a single residential unit be permitted at the rear of 'the property and used for residential purposes only. 3. That 53 ft. from the centerline of Ball .Rd. be dedicated to the City of Anaheim. 4. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvemen~ in accordance with standard approved plans in the Office of the City £ngineer. 5. Payment of $2.00 per front ft. for s~ree% lighting purposes. 6. That a 90 day time limit be set for the accomplis~en% of i~ems 3~ 4 and 5.
